Organic polymer/inorganic semiconductor hybrid solar cell has becoming a research hotspot because of its high theoretical efficiency.Hybrid solar cell combines the advantages of semiconducting polymer and inorganic semiconductor nanomaterials.The background,composition and working mechanism of hybrid solar cell are introduced in this paper.The development of hybrid solar cell is discussed from the points of semiconducting polymer material,inorganic semiconductor material and phase interface modification.At last,aperspective on the future development of hybrid solar cell is also discussed.
