Based on an analysis of the application status of education cloud inside and outside China,the paper discussed a conceptual model of the education cloud.Constructed the concept glossary of education cloud,An education cloud domain ontology is described and built.The domain ontology of education cloud was evaluated systemically and improved continually in the evaluation process.
