The circulation economy is more safe and effective than the traditional one.The coupling-behavior in a circular economic union is a rational behavior by which effective economy relationships were built between the economic entities according to the degree of dependence on each other.In order to probe into the incentive system and the restrictive conditions of coupling-behaviors for circulation economic unions,this paper designs a theory model based on t coupling benefits,by which an analytical framework was also provided to further study the circulation economy.
