不论是国外还是国内,家族企业都是最普遍的最主要的企业组织形式之一。而清晰、科学的股权结构是每个家族企业持续健康发展的基础和前提,但国内许多家族企业都存在三个层次的矛盾:股权过分集中、股权资源结构单一、所有权与经营权合一。如从“人”这个角度出发分析这些矛盾,可以发现以下一些个人“偏好”差异给家族企业现有的股权结构埋下深刻的隐患:股东偏好差异、“权力本位主义”偏好、职员需要偏好的差异。因此,可以从思想和运作两个层面偏好来整合完善家族企业股权结构,使其达到“人”与“物”的高度统一。
The clear and scientific equity ownership structure is the foundation and prerequisite of the sustainable and sound^development of family enterprise, one of the most common and dominant enterprise organization in China and abroad. However, quite a few Chinese family enterprises have three- level contradictions, that is, the over-centralized equity ownership, simple resource structure of equity ownership and the integrity of ownership right and operation right. When these contradictions are analyzed from the perspective of " people", it is discovered that differences in shareholders' preferences, preferences for "power selfish departmentalism", and preferences in employees' needs plant hidden perils in the current equity ownership structure. Therefore equity ownership structure of family enterprise can be reconstructed from the ideological and managerial perspectives so as to achieve the integration of "people" and "matter".
