产业价值链是产业链背后所蕴藏的价值组织及创造的结构形式，是价值链和产业链的融合。产业价值链具有集群效应，集群的产业价值链一经形成，就具有一种自我强化的内在机制促使其进一步的成长，不仅使该产业价值链内单个企业的竞争力增强，而且不同的产业价值链之间也表现出特有的竞争优势。产业价值链同时具有链式效应，链式效应不但会发生在某一个产业价值链当中，不同产业价值链的上下游企业之间也会有这样的链式效应。

Industry value chain is the structure of value and its producing behind industry chain; a combination of value chain and industry chain. Industry value chain has the collective effect, which can enforce itself to a further improvement once formed. Thus it＇ s able to make the units in the chain have a stronger competition and a competitive advantage out of the chain. Industry value chain has the chain reaction which may occur inside or outside some industry chain.
