The relationship between Industrial clusters and technique innovation is one of the important subjects for Industrial clusters studying. By analyzing the tacit knowledge and its application environment in industrial clusters, it is indicated that the tacit knowledge is important knowledge resource for industrial cluster, and it is an indispensable variable for industrial cluster to become successful in technique innovation. Environment is an important condition on that innovation depends, and the innovation can result in the forming of industrial clusters.
