通过对亚当·斯密分工理论、马克思劳动分工理论进而到新兴古典经济学分工理论的梳理，从专业化分工视角考察和分析产业集群形成的诱因，厘清了专业化分工与产业集群演进的互动机理：高度的专业化分工通过组织和技术创新，促进了产业集群的形成与发展；同时产业集群的发展又会提高交易效率，并降低交易成本，从而进一步促进分工演化。分析结果表明：产业集群的形成是专业化分工的产物，同时分工和专业化的发展与产业集群之间表现出高度一致性。
英文摘要：
This paper, from the analysis of the labor division theory of Adam Smith, the labor division theory of Marxist and the economic division theory of the new era, studies the causes of the industrial group formation from the angle of specialized division. The author makes clear the interactional mechanism in the specialized division and industrial group evolution, and believes that highly specialized division through organization and technical innovation can promote the formation and development of industrial groups, and at the same time the development of industrial groups can, in turn, improve the trade efficiency and trade cost so as to further enhance division evolution. The results from the analysis show that the formation of industrial groups is the product of labor division, and there is a high unity between the development of labor division and specialization and the formation of industrial groups.
