对响应面方法和汽车操纵稳定性评价方法进行一定的理论分析,根据某跑车各系统的特性参数,采用动力学软件ADAMS建立整车多体动力学模型。以客观定量综合评价指标为目标函数,汽车悬架刚度和阻尼为设计变量,对整车模型进行仿真分析,结合响应面方法对汽车操纵稳定性进行优化,通过对比分析侧向位移、侧向加速度、横摆角速度等数据,表明此方法显著改善了汽车的操纵稳定性。
The response surface method (RSM) and the evaluation method of vehicle handling and stability were analyzed theoretically.A multi-body dynamics model was developed according to the sport car characteristic parameters by means of the software ADAMS.The objective quantitative comprehensive evaluation index was taken as the target function and the suspension parameters were taken as design variables.Simulation analysis was performed for the whole vehicle model.Optimization of vehicle handing and stability was made based on RSM.Subsequently,by the analysis of the lateral displacement,lateral acceleration,yaw rate and so on,the results show that this method greatly improves vehicle handling and stability.
