运用Lighthill-Curie声学理论,宽带噪声源(BNS)模型和Fw—H方程,对某汽车空调系统的多翼前向离心通风机的流场及声场进行数值模拟分析。通过调整通风机叶轮出口角大小,改善通风机进气状况,研究其对通风机声学性能的影响。据此选定的最佳方案,在保证通风机性能的条件下,气动噪声峰值降低了5dB,降幅达6.7%.达到较好的降噪效果。
By using Lighthill-Curle acoustic theory, broadband noise source model and FW-H equation, a numerical simulation analysis on the flow field and sound field of forward-curved-multi-blade centrifugal fan in an automotive air conditioner is conducted. Through adjusting the outlet angle of blower impeller and improving the in- take flow of blower, their effects on the acoustic performance of the blower are studied. With the best scheme chosen based on this, the peak aerodynamic noise reduces by 5 dB, down by 6. 7 % with a'rather good noise reduction effect achieved while assuring the performance of centrifugal fan.
