针对目前在实际车型气动减阻中常用的局部改型优化法所存在的盲目性和低效率,提出一种针对整体气动布局的优化改型方法:首先抽取出原始车型的基本气动造型,对其进行全局变形,并结合流场仿真改善其气动特性,全局变形确定后将非气动造型细节还原到基本造型上以完成气动减阻的优化过程。最后以国产某轿车的减阻设计为例验证了该技术路线的可行性。
In view of the blindness and low efficiency in local mending optimization method currently commonly used in the practice for reducing car aerodynamic drag,a new optimization method aiming at overall aerodynamic layout is brought forward.Firstly the basic aerodynamic styling elements are extracted and a global modification is exercised on them combined with flow field simulation for improving its aerodynamic characteristics.Then after the modification is fixed non-aerodynamic styling details are added back to basic styling modified and the process of optimization for aerodynamic drag reduction is completed.Finally an example of reducing aerodynamic drag for a real car verifies the feasibility of the technical scheme proposed.
