针对目前地价评估工作业务处理周期长、效率低,地价更新周期慢的问题,依据各个地价评估模型,在GIS组件技术与数据库技术的支持下采用C#开发语言实现了基于多参数模型的动态地价评估系统。介绍了系统的设计思路、技术路线以及功能实现等问题,并以北京市土地为例,对评估结果进行了分析。
In view of the low information problem of the current land assessment system, according to various land price assessment models, combined with GIS component technology and database technology realized the Urban Land Assessment Information System. In this paper, the problems of design thought, technical route, function realization are discussed. It used Beijing land as an example to analyse the evaluation results.
