目前观点认为肿瘤的发生是源于自我更新能力失调而无限增殖的干细胞。干细胞微环境能够决定干细胞命运,异常微环境可导致干细胞发展成为肿瘤干细胞,改善微环境则可以抑制癌变。近年来研究发现,将具有维持胚胎干细胞分化与自我更新平衡功能的胚胎干细胞微环境作用于肿瘤,可以抑制肿瘤侵袭行为,逆转肿瘤恶性表型,在肿瘤的防治领域,这一研究成果具有很好的指导意义和应用前景。
It' s considered now that the neoplasm is originated from the immortalized stem cell with unregulated self-renewal capability. Microenvironment of stem cell determine the fate of stem cell, abnormal microenvironment can induce the neoplastic stem cell, while ameliorated microenvironment can inhibit carcinomatous changes. Recent researches have found that embryonic microenvironment capable of keeping the balance between differentiation and self-renewal of stem cell lineage should reprogram the neoplasm. Results show that the embryonic stem cell microenvironment can suppress neoplasm calls' aggressive behaviors, reverse their malignant phenotypes, which is of good guiding significance and applieational prospect in the field of tumor's treatment.
