血管紧张素Ⅱ（AngⅡ）是肾素-血管紧张素系统中的主要的多功能活性肽，其基本功能是调节血压和水、盐代谢平衡。然而，近年来的研究发现，Ang Ⅱ作为一种潜在的生长因子，通过作用于其1型受体（AT1R）在肿瘤生长及血管生成中发挥着非常重要的作用。该文就近年来Ang Ⅱ-AT1R系统在肿瘤血管生成中的作用研究作一概述。

Angiotensin II （Ang II ） is the main functional bioacrive peptide of the renin angiotensin system, and its basic function is to regulate salt-water homeostasis and blood pressure. However,recent studies have shown that Ang II plays a very important role in tumor formation and angiogenesis by acting on its type 1 receptor （ATIR） as a kind of potential growth factor. This article is a brief overview of the research on effects of Ang II -AT1 R system in the process of tumor angiogenesis in recent years.
