图像测量技术因其具有测量精度高、动态范围大、灵活性好等优点,如今已广泛被用在几何尺寸测量领域,亚像素定位是其中一项关键的技术,可实现对目标优于整像素精度的定位;针对普通Zernike矩亚像素定位法速度较慢的缺点,提出了基于Sobel的改进Zernike矩法,并将其应用到电缆护套材料的厚度图像测量系统中,在保证精度基本不变的情况下算法速度大幅度提高,实验显示速度提高了85%以上。
Image measurement technology has been widely used in geometry measurement field because of its high accuracy, large dynamic range and good flexibility. Sub-pixel positioning is one of the key technologies which can achieve positioning better than entire pixel accuracy. In this paper, we put forward an improved Sobel- Zernike moment sub-pixel method based on ordinary Zernike moment method, which increase the algorithm speed while the algorithm accuracy remain basically unchanged. Then apply it to the cable sheath material thickness measurement. The experiment results indicate that the algorithm speed can be above 85 % on a certain accuracy.
