简述了CdZnTe材料与探测器的发展、国内外的研究现状及其广泛应用,分析了存在的问题和解决方法,同时介绍了本单位CdZnTe探测器的研发情况,包括探测器的制备工艺及性能测试与分析。制备出了性能优良的阵列像素(3×3)探测器,其^57Co 122 keV光谱能量分辨率为23.7%(28.9 keVFWHM),^137Cs 662 keV光谱分辨率为17.9%(117.8 keVFWHM)。
The development, the status and application of CdZnTe crystal and CdZnTe detector in China and abroad are described, the problem and the resolution are analyzed. The study and the preparation of CdZnTe detector are introduced, including the fabrication technology and characterization. A CZT detector is fabricated and the Gmmna-ray spectra of Co and Cs are obtained. At room temperature the energy resolution of the detector is 23.7% (28.9 keV FWHM) for 122 keV^57Co and 17.9% (117.8 keV FWHM) for 662 keV ^137 Cs, respectively.
