在可修退化系统中引入提前订货机制,将系统订货时刻M作为决策变量,与系统更换时刻N形成二维联合策略(N,M)。在假设系统寿命服从伽马分布、补货提前期服从指数分布的条件下,利用更新过程理论求得系统平均费用率表达式,进而研究了最优的二维联合策略以使系统的平均费用率最小。通过算例给出最优策略的数值解,并对相关参数作了敏感度分析。
The development of an automatic fourwheeled robot based on STC microcontroller is presented in this paper,and the robot's main mechanical structures consist of a elevating work platform and two single freedom lever arms.The system detects and processes route information by using photoelectric tracking circuit,controls the operating status of traveling motors based on microcontroller's twoway pulse width signal,which realizes the robot moving and the materials transport ing.The system allocates the signal by using pulse dividers and driver circuits,controls sequentially the operating status of multiple mechanism motors based on microcontroller's other twoway pulse width signal,which realizes the materials se lecting,griping and stacking.
