Deaf teachers play an irreplaceable role in educating the children with heating disabilities. At present, the development of deaf teachers is faced with a great deal of barriers. Thus, the positive effect of deaf teachers is yet to come. To get rid of the barriers and bring into full play the role of deaf teachers, we should not only reform the training mode of special education teachers, implement the qualification of the deaf teachers, but also encourage the school to recruit deaf teachers.
