基于LC谐振式传感器在高温下的测试随温度升高会发生信号衰减,频带变宽等现象,为了研究影响信号衰减的主要因素,借助于MATLAB软件,在理论上分析各个因素对信号衰减的影响,初步得出传感器寄生电阻是信号衰减的主要原因;最后,通过分别制作电感线圈和电容陶瓷片模型,并在500℃范围内进行测试,发现电感线圈寄生电阻值增加了6.7Ω,极板电容值增加了0.55pF,因此得出寄生电阻是信号读取衰减的主要原因。
LC resonant sensor will show signal degradation and a widened frequency band,when tested on elevated temperature. In order to study the main factors influencing signal degradation,the MATLAB is used and various factors are analyzed in theoretically,and find that the parasitic resistance is the main reason to the signal degradation preliminarily. Finally,an inductor and a capacitor ceramic models are made respectively and tested in the range of 500 ℃,the results show that the value of parasitic resistance of the coil increases 6.7 Ω and the capacitance of the plate increases 0.55pF,thus a conclusion is made that the parasitic resistance is the main reason to the signal degradation.
