在价值创新逻辑下,模块化组织结构设计需要以契约结构为基本约束,以模块化组织的价值潜能挖掘为基本目标。本文通过对组织结构的模块化拆分进行定性与定量分析,认为模块分割的最佳规模在边际分割收益等于边际分割成本处达到。进而,设计了模块化组织基本结构,并分析指出,模块化组织形态可以被划分为六种:单核心外职能结构、单核心内职能结构、多核心外职能结构、多核心内职能结构、单核心混合职能结构、多核心混合职能结构。
Within the logic of value innovation, we should take contract structure as basic restrictions and the digging of value as basic objective when undertaking the designing of modular organizational structure. In this paper, we make a qualitative and quantitative analysis of original organizational structure split, pointing oat that the optimal size could arrive when marginal cost equals marginal revenue. Then, we design the basic structure of modular organization, and summarize six shapes of modular organization: single-core outer functioning structure, single-core inner functioning structure, multi-cores outer functioning structure, multi-cores inner functioning structure, single-core mix functioning structure and multi-cores mix functioning structure.
