模块化组织的本质是信息流与物质流在实体间的交互流动而产生协同效应,最终实现产业内多赢的新型组织模式,价值创新是其根本追求。本文基于系统性思维,构建了模块化组织运行机理的整合性架构,认为模块化组织运行机理的根本逻辑是包括目标整合、利益整合以及文化整合在内的价值整合,价值整合逻辑是推动组织有效运行、实现组织多赢的关键要因。但与此同时,价值整合逻辑也向模块化组织治理提出了挑战,体现为生产者剩余追逐下个体价值与系统价值的背离、系统分割下的复杂性大灾难以及双重规制体系下的契约有效性质疑,这要求系统设计师从不同层面进一步完善组织治理机制,以有效规制组织运行。
Research of running mechanism in modular organization is very important to organizational practice and theoretical development. In this article, we set up an integral infrastructure of running mechanism of modular organization, and figure out that the basic logic of running mechanism in modular organization is value integration, which includes objective integration, interest integration and culture integration. Value integration is the key point that promotes effective running and realizes co-profiting of organization. Although, the logic of value integration also sets up challenge to governance of modular organization, which acts as deviation of individual value and systematic value under pursuing of producer surplus, complexity catastrophe under system division, and validity of contract under double governing system. All these call for system designer improving on governance system from different points of view, which will realize the effect of governing organization running.
