模块化组织作为一种产生于新经济时代下的新型资源整合组织形态,对于企业实现跨越式发展具有非常重要的引导作用,在此背景下,模块化组织理论的研究日趋热潮。但是,现有研究大部分停留在模块化组织表层.鲜有研究涉及到模块化组织中最为重要的核心企业。本文从模块化组织现有研究成果切入,对核心企业在模块化组织中的角色与任务进行了剖析,并基于企业网络能力理论的研究成果,对模块化组织中核心企业的核心能力进行探究,致力于引导模块化组织的研究向深入拓展,并推动模块化组织理论的持续深化与实践指导意义的增强。
The modular organization, as a new resources - integrated organizational form emerging in the new economic era, plays a very important guiding role for enterprises to achieve leapfrog development, because of which the study of modular organization theory increasingly comes to its climax. However, most studies just stay in the sur- face of the theory, and few have addressed the most important core businesses in the modular organization. This pa- per, starting with the discussion of the existing research results concerning the modular organization, analyzes the role and tasks of the core business in the modular organization, and based on the research outcomes of the theory a- bout the enterprise network capability, explores the core competencies of the core businesses in the modular organi- zation, in order to facilitate the relative further researches and promote the development of the modular organization theory and its guiding significance.
