从两条单链的集群式供应链出发,在单链纵向合作的基础上,建立了基于两条单链跨链横向不合作和合作供应链设计模型.并通过遗传算法,运用MATLAB和LINGO软件编程进行算例分析.发现基于两单链的集群式供应链在横向和纵向两维最优设计中,与纵横向合作的物料分配比例密切相关,计算得出当纵向合作的物料分配比例为0.8时,能达到在基于横向合作下的集群式供应链设计的最小成本;同时运输变动成本,特别是长期合作的纵向单位运输变动成本对集群式供应链设计,以及跨链横向合作有着较大的影响,而固定运输成本则影响较小.
Taking into account a cluster supply chain with two Single chains, this paper establishes supply chain design models without and with across-chain horizontal cooperation on basis of vertical cooperation along single chain. By using genetic algorithm and software tools MATLAB & LINGO to solve the models and applying the models to an example, it is found that there exists strong correlation between cluster supply chain optimal design and proportion of items allocation, and that minimal cost of cluster supply chain design with horizontal cooperation can be reached when the vertical cooperation item allocation proportion is 0.8, meanwhile shipment variable costs have an effect on cluster supply chain design, but shipment fixed cost does not.
