英文摘要：
In order to solve the prevalent problem of critical thinking ability deficiency among the industry translators,and improve translators＇ translation competence and critical thinking ability,the paper creates the guiding ideology ＂critical thinking ability promoting translation competence and vice versa＂,and is committed to the study on developing the promotion mechanism framework of the critical thinking ability which is the core of translation competence. The promotion mechanism framework includes： supportive mechanism to promote industry knowledge connotation and critical thinking ability,interactive mechanism to promote critical thinking ability and translation competence,and evaluative mechanism to promote benign critical thinking personality tendency. The paper puts forward some effective countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the industry translators＇ critical thinking ability.
