This paper takes SATA production line of electronic connector in the control cabinet of coal winning factory as studying object and analyses the main factors lead to low productivity. According to process reengineering, standard operation establishing for production line and motion analysis for bottleneck, the number of work station is reduced by 4 and the line balance rating is improved by 29%. The result shows that the production line is optimized and the productivity is promoted.
