英文摘要：
The Japanese cell production （JCP）IS introduced,and is compared it mixed production.A Iong production line is divided into several short lines in JCP,which can not only satisfy various market de- mands, but also has a high productivity.And how to translate from one to another is studied.A problem about how the mixed production could be changed into the Japanese cell production （JCP）is discussed.First,the products were clustered,and each cluster of products was produced by a production cell.Then through com- paring logistic cost with the cost of workstation copy, it could be determined which workstation needs to be copied. A t last,the cost was calculated under the condition that the workstations were copied.
