本研究突破从个体微观层面探讨创业意向形成的传统,创新性地将群际接触理论引入创业领域,在回顾和梳理相关文献基础上,提出了以角色认同为中介的群际接触对大学生创业意向影响概念模型。在问卷调查的基础上,对528份有效问卷进行回归统计分析。研究结果表明:角色认同在群际接触数量对大学生创业意向的影响中起着完全中介作用;角色认同在群际接触质量对大学生创业意向的影响中起着部分中介作用;接触质量比接触数量对创业意向的影响略大。
This research breaks the tradition which is exploring the formation of entrepreneurial intention from individual micro level. It introduces the theory of the group contact into the field of entrepreneurship innovative. It presents a conceptual model which is intergroup contact with influence in role identity as an intermediary for the entrepreneurial intention students based on related documents. On the basis of a questionnaire survey, 528 valid statistical regression analysis. The research results show that: Roll identity plays a complete intermediary role in influencing the number of intergroup exposure to entrepreneurial intention college students. Roll identity plays a part intermediary role in influencing the quality of intergroup exposure to entrepreneurial intention college students. The effect of contact quality ratio on entrepreneurial intention is larger than that of the contact number on it.
