基于工作价值观视角,探讨了创新行为的产生机制。采用层级回归法对352名企业员工的调查数据进行了分析,结果表明,工作价值观对创新行为具有显著影响。其中,舒适与安全对创新行为具有显著负向影响;能力与成长时创新行为具有显著正向影响;地位与独立对创新行为具有显著正向影响。同时,创新氛围对舒适和安全与创新行为之间的关系具有调节作用,创新氛围越浓,舒适与安全对创新行为的负向影响越弱;创新氛围对能力与成长与创新行为之间的关系具有调节作用,创新氛围越浓,地位与独立对创新行为的正向影响越强。
This study explore the causing mechanism of creative behavior, based on the perspective of work values. Using more than 352 questionnaires, the empirical results from hierarchical multiple regression found that work values has a sig- nificant effect on innovative behavior, comfort and security (Comfort) has a significant negative impact on innovative be- havior, competence and growth (Competence) has a significant positive impact on innovative behavior, status and inde- pendence (Status) also has a significant positive impact on innovative behavior. Innovation climate moderated the relation- ship between Comfort and innovative behavior, which means that comfort and security making less negative influence on innovative behavior in the situation of higher innovation climate. Innovation climate also moderated the relationship between Status and innovative behavior, status and independence made the largest influence on innovative behavior in the sit- uation of higher innovation climate.
