Commercial mode in essence is an expression of company value creation. With economic integration, the competition circumstances of the company have displayed the characteristic of multi- dimensions. This article started with internal structure and external links to design design in three dimension like business operation, consumer satisfaction levels and the commercial mode vertical and horizontal relations. Four examples of are presented to show its application in company management practice.
