在保乳手术中确定癌灶边缘具有重要意义、根据癌组织与正常乳腺组织阻抗特征不同的特点,设计了3种测量阻抗的电极,ANSYS有限元仿真分析得出弧形电极性能较优的结论.采用弧形电极对动物组织进行实验,验证了仿真结果,并发现阻抗虚部的频率特性具有良好的组织区分能力.该方法为在术中快速判定癌灶边缘提供了技术手段,可减少术中等待时间,从而减轻病人心理和生理的痛苦.
The positive margin for partial mastectomy is significant.According to the impedance distinction of cancer and normal breast tissues, three types of electrodes for impedance measurement were designed. It is found that the arcshaped electrode has better performance through ANSYS simulation. Experiments on animal tissues were performed with arc-shaped electrode. The experimental results validated the results of the simulation, and showed that frequency performace of imaginary part of the impedance can be used to distinguish different tissues. This method provides feasible technique for intraoperative margin assessment of breast cancer focus, which can shorten the waiting time and lighten patients' pain in partial mastectomy.
