目的：通过对老年舒张性心力衰竭患者血清脂联素及骨桥蛋白含量测定，分析其在舒张性心衰的相关性。方法选用DHF患者60例作为试验组，然后按照NYHA心功能分级分为，心功能Ⅱ级17例，心功能Ⅲ级21例，心功能Ⅳ级22例，给予相应治疗3个月后进行随访，另选择同期我院门诊体检健康者36例作为对照组，试验组于治疗前和随访时，对照组于体检时和随访时检测血清脂联素和骨桥蛋白，采用酶联免疫吸附法测定60例舒张性心力衰竭患者和36例正常体检者血清中脂联素与骨桥蛋白的含量，统计学分析。结果试验组血清脂联素及骨桥蛋白含量显著高于对照组，并且随着心功能级别的增加血清脂联素及骨桥蛋白的含量升高。相关分析得出，试验组血清脂联素与骨桥蛋白浓度与心功能分级呈正相关性。结论脂联素与骨桥蛋白参与了舒张性心力衰竭的病理生理过程，有望成为心衰早期血清学标志之一。
