目的:通过对老年舒张性心力衰竭患者血清脂联素及骨桥蛋白含量测定,分析其在舒张性心衰的相关性。方法选用DHF患者60例作为试验组,然后按照NYHA心功能分级分为,心功能Ⅱ级17例,心功能Ⅲ级21例,心功能Ⅳ级22例,给予相应治疗3个月后进行随访,另选择同期我院门诊体检健康者36例作为对照组,试验组于治疗前和随访时,对照组于体检时和随访时检测血清脂联素和骨桥蛋白,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定60例舒张性心力衰竭患者和36例正常体检者血清中脂联素与骨桥蛋白的含量,统计学分析。结果试验组血清脂联素及骨桥蛋白含量显著高于对照组,并且随着心功能级别的增加血清脂联素及骨桥蛋白的含量升高。相关分析得出,试验组血清脂联素与骨桥蛋白浓度与心功能分级呈正相关性。结论脂联素与骨桥蛋白参与了舒张性心力衰竭的病理生理过程,有望成为心衰早期血清学标志之一。
