针对锥形球头立铣刀的几何特征,应用广义螺旋运动概念建立刀刃螺旋线的通用数学模型.利用微分几何的基本原理,研究锥形球头立铣刀的刀刃曲线建模方法,设计出一种新的锥形球头立铣刀复合型刀刃曲线,解决了复合型刀刃曲线的光滑过渡问题.应用Matlab软件对所设计的刀刃曲线进行建模和验证,结果表明,本文推导的刀刃曲线的参数方程和复合型刀刃曲线的光滑过渡条件方程合理可行.
According to the geometrical characteristics mathematical model of helical edge curves was established ment. With the basic principles of differential geometry, of conical ball-end milling cutter, the general by using the concept of generalized helical move- the modelling method for edge curves of conical ball-end milling cutter was studied and a novel edge curve of conical ball-end milling cutter was designed, and the problem of smooth transient of composite edge curves of conical ball-end milling cutter was also studied. Besides, the Smooth transient of composite edge curves was modeled and verified by using the software Matlab. Results showed that the derivation of parametric equations of the edge curves and smooth transient condition equations of composite edge curve derived in this paper were reasonable and feasible.
