A fast rise of online-course-market for higher education poses a great pressure to university academic degree and diploma education market with a history of over a hundred years. Traditional education ideas, such as classroom teaching, on-campus education, curriculum management and accreditation, intercollegiate cross-border services and etc, as well as educational management system and mechanism have been challenged by MOOCs.
