In the study,the authors apply standardized（h,R）index in evaluating the research performance of researchers in pedagogy field of China mainland during the period of 1994 to 2013and bring forward a scholars list which is the 100 most influential scholars in pedagogy field of China mainland during the period of 1994 to 2013.Through cluster analysis of the 100 most influential scholars into different second disciplines of pedagogy field,the study accurately finds the journal characteristics of two second disciplines（higher education and educational technology）and major scholars,and also finds the journal characteristics and major scholars of another second discipline,comparative education.
