为了研究紫外线A对花背蟾蜍的毒性作用,选择微核及核异常为毒理监测指标,对花背蟾蜍红细胞进行观察。结果表明,紫外线A对花背蟾蜍成熟红细胞和非成熟红细胞核异常均有诱导作用并随照射强度的增加而不断增加。在150min的紫外线A短时间照射内,紫外线对核异常能够产生一定的抑制作用。同时在一定范围内紫外线A能够刺激造血器官释放新的红细胞至外周血中以补充损伤的成熟红细胞。紫外线诱导的核异形主要是核畸形和核膨大。
In order to study the toxicity of UV-A in amphibians,we selected the micronuclei(MN)and other nuclear anomalies(ONA)of erythrocytes in the toad Bufo raddei as the toxicological target. The results showed that UV-A had an effect on both mature erythrocytes and immature erythrocytes,and the effect became more serious along with the increase of UVA intensity. When erythrocytes were exposed to low intensity (150 min) and short time,UVA could inhibit the frequency of ONA to a certain degree. At the same time,UVA could stimulate the blood-forming organs to release fresh erythrocytes. The main consequences of ONA induced by UVA were the formation of irregular nuclei and nuclear enlargement.
