从理论层面剖析了煤矿安全管理中的不安全行为惩罚制度与矿井作业人员行为选择之间的内在作用关系,采用基于复杂适应性理论的多主体建模仿真方法(Agent—BasedModelingandSimulation,ABMS)对矿井作业人员行为选择系统进行建模,调研获取仿真基础数据,并采用Netlogo平台仿真不同制度属性下矿井作业人员行为选择的宏观涌现现象,分析煤矿不安全行为惩罚制度对作业人员行为选择的作用效果.
The interaction between the coal mine unsafe behavior punishment system and coal workers' behavior choices was analyzed theoretically. The model of behavior decision system of coal mine workers was constructed using Agent-Based Modeling and Simulation based on Complex adaptive theory. Simulation data were collected by questionnaires and interview. The effect from unsafe behavior punishment system to behavior choices was ann- lyzed according to the macro-emergence phenomena of coal mine workers' behavior choices under different system characteristics by Netlogo simulation platform.
