探讨煤炭企业社会心理安全氛围与员工个体心理健康之间的关系,并使用结构方程模型进行验证。采用随机抽样法选取900名煤炭企业员工,运用社会心理安全氛围量表PSC 和心理健康症状自评量表进行调查。路径分析结果表明:社会心理安全氛围与 SCL-90量表中抑郁,焦虑,敌对因子分均呈负相关。人际关系敏感与抑郁直接相关,抑郁因子在人际关系敏感因子与社会心理安全氛围的影响之间起间接作用,个体心理健康因子能够预测群体社会心理安全氛围。
This study was designed to investigate the relationship between the psychosocial safety climate of coal enterprise and the individual mental health factors verifying the structure e-quation model. Using random sampling method,we select 900 coal employees with psychosocial safety climate (PSC)table and mental health symptoms self-rating investigated scale (SCL-90) . The results showed that the score of the psychosocial safety of the organization was negatively related to depression,anxiety and hostility factor in SCL-90. The path analysis showed that the relationship between the scores of interpersonal sensitivity and depression was directly related. Conclusion:individual mental health factors play intermediary role in the relationship between other mental health factors and psychosocial safety climate,the individual psychological health level can predict psychosocial safety climate.
