通过对素质内涵的剖析,界定了煤矿一线重要作业岗位的素质观察因子;从解析岗位人员的活动视角出发,分析了作业人员基于活动性的个体素质群与素质结构。结合人职匹配理论,通过对关键活动分析,关注活动过程中易出错和倾向于逃避的环节,挖掘出岗位要求的个体素质,进而对一线重要作业岗位活动性人职匹配进行理论分析与建模。
By analyzing the connotation of quality, this paper defined the quality observe factors of coalmine first-line operation post. From the perspective of operation personnel's activities, we built the individual quality group and quality structure of operation personnel based on activity. According to the person-post fit theory, we analyzed key activities and focused on the links which can easily go wrong or tend to be avoided in active procedure to find the individual quality that can match job requirements. In this way, we built an active person-post fit model for quality in coal mine.
