以大面积金刚砂耐磨地坪为例,对大面积耐磨地坪容易产生裂缝的原因进行了研究分析,并借助有限元仿真计算对裂缝开展原因进行了验证。最后根据裂缝开展机理,从施工和设计两方面提出了具体的防治措施,以为后续类似工程积累经验。
Taken the large area emery wear-resisting floor as an example, the cause of easy crack propagation in large area wear-resisting floor has been studied and analyzed. Furthermore, with the help of the finite element simulation calculation, some causes of crack propagation have also been verified. Finally, according to the mechanism of crack propagation, the specific precautions have been proposed from two aspects of design and construction so as to accumulate experience for follow-up similar projects.
