后现代管理发轫于后现代主义哲学与社会理论,其理论旨趣是对现代管理进行基础性反思与批判。后现代管理批判现代管理中的理性霸权,倡导非理性解放;反对管理的中心性主体,倡导主体离心化;批判管理中的普遍主义,强调差异性与偶然性;反对管理研究中的价值无涉,倡导价值介入;批判逻辑实证主义在管理研究中的主导地位,倡导多元话语分析;反对现代组织的机械隐喻,倡导后现代组织形态。后现代管理的真正价值不在于解构而在于重建现代管理理论。研究后现代管理,并不是要摒弃一切现代管理理论,而是应该寻求现代管理与后现代管理两者之间的整合路径以进行优势互补。
Originated from postmodem philosophy and sociology, postmodem management theory aims to make basic reflection and criticism on modem management. It launches fierce criticism to modem management in several aspects such as rationalism, subjectivity, universalism, value neutrality, organization metaphor and so on. The tree value of postmodem management is not to understand but reconstruct the modem management theory. The purpose of making researches on postmodem management is not to give up all modem management theories, but rather to search for the integration paths between modem management and postmodem management and make their advantages complement each other.
