以四川省成都市4家企业457名员工为样本,研究组织成员的敬畏感对组织公民行为的促进作用。结果表明:由组织内模范人物、先进事迹等构成的积极组织形象对组织成员产生敬畏感会起到积极作用,一旦组织成员产生敬畏感体验,就能增强其心理韧性以及提高组织公平感,从而有效促进组织公民行为。研究还发现,组织成员的独立自我构念能有效调节感知积极组织形象诱发敬畏感程度的高低,但组织成员的独立自我程度越高反而越不容易对组织产生敬畏感。
Based on the sample of 457 employees from 4 companies in Chengdu,this paper investigated how the emotion of awe to promoted the Organizational Citizenship Behavior( OCB). Results showed that,the positive organizational image composed of elites and deeds within the organization can help employees actively feel the awe. When the employees experienced the emotion of awe,they would be able to enhance their resilience and improve organizational justice,and further positively impact on their OCB. It also found that the independent self-construal was the moderator on the relationship between the perceived positive organizational image and the emotion of awe. However,the employees with higher independent self-construal would be less easily to feel awe.
