英国教师在职教育以政策法规为机制保障,以校本培训为主导模式,以伙伴合作为学习型组织,以督察评估为促进手段。借鉴英国教师在职教育的经验,我国教师在职教育可以通过教育立法,完善制度建设;转化运行机制,提升培训质量;重视院校协作,倡导伙伴合作;关注教师实践,推行校本培训。
British teachers' in-service training has formed its own characteristics as follows: taking policies and laws as the mechanism guarantee, taking school-based training as the guiding mode, taking partners cooperation as learning organization, and taking supervision and evaluation as the improvement method. Drawing lessons from the experience of in-service education of British teachers, we should perfect system construction through educational legislation, improve training quality by transforming operational mechanism, pay attention to the cooperation among the institutes and advocate partners cooperation; care about teacher practice and push forward school-based training.
