British teachers＇ in-service training has formed its own characteristics as follows： taking policies and laws as the mechanism guarantee, taking school-based training as the guiding mode, taking partners cooperation as learning organization, and taking supervision and evaluation as the improvement method. Drawing lessons from the experience of in-service education of British teachers, we should perfect system construction through educational legislation, improve training quality by transforming operational mechanism, pay attention to the cooperation among the institutes and advocate partners cooperation; care about teacher practice and push forward school-based training.
