Generally speaking, generality education includes three basic meanings＂：mutual integration＂, ＂cultivating cognition＂,＂guarding the university spirit＂. Generality education is the core part of university culture and university spirit. Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education. ＂Generality education＂should also be one of the basic tenets of higher vocational education. Nowadays, generality education in some higher educational colleges are faced with some difficulties, so in order to step out of the idealistic misunderstanding, higher educational colleges must actively open up extractive courses and improve the quality of dual-qualification teachers, provide moral education in the way of generality education and advance the construction of humanism campus.
