利用求吸收分布以及普通M／G／1排队系统的稳态条件，研究了一类带有负顾客且正顾客有流失的M／G／1非空竭服务休假排队系统的稳态条件。对先到先服务规则分别考虑了负顾客的两种移除策略：移除队首（RCH）和移除队尾（RCE）。

英文摘要：

The stable condition on queueing system with negative customers and vacation on non-exhaustive service is discussed by finding absorb distribution and using the stable condition of classical M/G/1 system. Two kinds of remove strategies of negative customers are considered： remove the customer at the head （RCH） and remove the customer at the end （RCE）.
