结核病是由结核分枝杆菌(MTB)引起的一种人畜共患传染病。近年来随着结核分枝杆菌多重耐药性菌株(MDR)的增多和艾滋病的流行,结核病死灰复燃,如何有效控制和预防结核病的发生显得尤为重要。卡介苗(BCG)仍是目前人类普遍使用的抗结核疫苗,但其免疫预防效果不甚理想,因此研究新型结核疫苗迫在眉睫,本文就近年来抗结核新疫苗研究的最新进展作一综述。
Tuberculosis(TB)is a zoonosis caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis(MTB).Over the past few years,TB has flared up again with the appearance of multidrug-resistant(MDR)strains of M.tuberculosis and the increased prevalence of AIDS.Effectively control and prevention of TB outbreaks is crucial.The Bacillus Calmette Guerin(BCG)vaccine is commonly used to vaccinate humans against TB,but the immunity it confers is less than ideal.Therefore,new TB vaccines need to be studied.New TB vaccines that are currently being developed include recombinant BCG,subunit vaccines,live vector vaccines,and DNA vaccines.This article reviews recent advances in the study of new TB vaccines over the past few years.
