时基绩效反映企业在基于时间竞争环境下快速响应市场变化及满足顾客需求的能力.本文研究组织结构、组织创新气氛对时基绩效和财务绩效的影响机制和路径,通过理论分析建立研究框架,构建结构方程,并以我国汽车行业167家企业为样本进行实证研究.研究结果表明,企业扁平化和无边界化的组织结构、创新气氛对时基绩效具有直接的正向影响,组织结构和创新气氛通过作用于时基绩效对财务绩效产生正向影响.
Time-based performance reflects the responsiveness to market changes and customer needs in time-based competition environment. It studies the influence mechanism and route of organization structure and innovation climate on time-based performance and financial performance. Through literature review and theory analysis, it builds a research frame and a SEM, and conducts an empirical research with 167 Chinese automobile enterprises. Results show that fiat organization structure and innovation climate have significantly positive influence on time-based performance, and organization structure and innovation climate positively affect financial performance by improving time-based performance.
