The sufficient condition of the existence of first order interpolation inequalities with weights on the Heisenberg group is studied. The first order interpolation inequalities with weights are obtained by establishing a class of Hardy-type inequalities. The Caffarelli-Kohn-Nirenberg inequalities given by Caffarelli, Kohn and NirenberR are partially generalized to the Heisenberg group.
