Given the poor comprehensive strength,low artistic creation level and the artistic talent shortage of Zhangjiakou city, these disadvantages of artistic publicity prevent Zhangjiakou from directly participating in the bid for the Winter Olympic Games. The rich historic and artistic materials,such as Nihewan Relic Sites,Tri- Ancestor Culture,paper-cut in Yuxian County, should make contribution to extensive artistic propaganda of Beijingˊs bid for the Winter Olympic Games. For example,we can publish series of books named“Zhangjiakou and the Olympic Games＆quot; and present them to the members and employees of International Olympic Committee and international friends as beloved reading materials and artistic collections.
