利用静电吸附作用将联吡啶钌[Ru(bpy)3^2+]负载到巯基化MCM-41介孔二氧化硅纳米颗粒上,通过金一巯键修饰法将负载后的MCM41固定在金电极表面,发展了一种基于MCM-41负载联吡啶钉的电致化学发光传感器,并研究了其电化学及电致化学发光行为.基于三聚氰胺与增敏剂三正丙胺氨基结构的相似性,将负载Ru(bpy)3^2+的MCM-41电致化学发光传感器用于三聚氰胺的检测,获得了良好的检测效果,为检测三聚氰胺提供了一种快速、简便的方法.同时,该研究为Ru(bpy)3^2+在电极表面的固定化提供了新思路.
A novel electrogenerated chemiluminescence (ECL) sensor based on Ru (bpy)3^2+-doped MCM-41 mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSN) was developed. The Ru (bpy)3^2+ was first loaded into the sulfhydryl modified MSN through the electrostatic absorption. Then the(bpy)3^2+-doped MSN was immobilized onto the surface of Au electrode by Au-S interaction. The properties of electrochemistry and electrogenerated chemilu- minescence(ECL) were also investigated. The amino structure of melamine is similar to tripropylamine, so we attempted to branch out the application of MCM-41 into the detection of melamine, the ECL sensor provided a new assay for the detection of melamine. Furthermore, the research provided a new approach for the immobi- lization of (bpy)3^2+ onto the electrode surface.
