中医药对于中风后遗症的诊疗有多种分型,并因证立法,随法施治,疗效较为突出,临床学者在古典中医药理论的基础上,结合现代认识,时有创新,在病因病机、临床诊断、处方用药等方面都有全新的认识。充分发挥了中医药治疗中风后遗症的优势,填补现代医学在该方面的空缺。建议在未来的研究当中以中医药理论为基础,加强临床科研和基础研究,开发新方药与剂型,同时实行中医特色护理干预技术,并拟定客观和规范的诊断和治疗方案,形成一套完整而规范的理论体系。
英文摘要：
Chinese medicine for diagnosis and treatment of a variety of sequelae of stroke type,and due to the stock of legislation,with the law and treatment,the effect is more prominent,clinical researchers based on classical Chinese medicine theory,combined with modern know,when there is innovation in the pathogenesis aspects,clinical diagnosis,prescription drugs and others have a new understanding. Give full play to the advantages of Chinese medicine treatment of stroke sequelae,modern medicine to fill vacancies in the area. Among the recommendations in the future to study Chinese medicine theory,strengthen clinical research and basic research,and development of new prescription and dosage,while the implementation of Chinese characteristics,nursing intervention techniques,and to develop diagnostic and treatment programs and objective norms,forming a complete and normative theories.
