从技术等级和技术类型两个维度分析长三角和珠三角的技术同构性,通过多角度的特征事实证明近期内长三角的技术等级高于珠三角;利用三方程标准化供给面系统对技术进步偏向性表征的技术类型测定证实长三角技术偏向于资本,而珠三角技术偏向于劳动。在此基础上对引起上述技术同构差异的原因进行剖析并提出了政策建议。
英文摘要：
From two dimensions of technical level and technical type the article analyzes technical isomorphism between Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta. Through multi angle characteristic facts it proves that recently the technical level of Yangtze River Delta is higher than that of Pearl River Delta. Applying the three-equation normalized supply - side system, it confirms that the technical type which is characterized by technical bias in Yangtze River Delta is in favor of capital and it is in favor of labor in Pearl River Delta. Based on these analysis, reasons for the differences of the above technologies are analyzed, policy advices are proposed.
